Tonita Smith is a Registered Nurse, MSN.  She is a wife, mother, and grandmother.  She works in the field of Public Health because she enjoys helping others while promoting health, wellness, and prevention.  She is a God-fearing Christian with the heart to serve others.  Tonita is an entrepreneur at heart with a passion for mentoring young ladies.  She loves fashion, exercising, and natural hair.  She is the co-owner of Fashion Remix Online Boutique, which specializes in statement jewelry and accessories.  She believes in the power of prayer, which motivated her to start a movement called “St. Louis Prayer Project” encouraging others to pray daily for our youth.  While working full-time as a nurse, Tonita has found time to share her personal experiences in hopes of inspiring others to make small changes that could lead to life changing rewards.  Simply put, teaching others to exercise and activate “shut-up grace” in their everyday lives.
